- $12.50 per month for association fees.
- No fence may be erected except at the rear of the lot or
along the back side lot line to a point no closer than the rear
of the residence. Only decorative fencing such as split-rail or
stone fencing will be allowed. No chain link, woven wire, barbed
wire, or above ground electric fencing will be permitted. Fences
can be no closer than twenty feet of property line and no taller
in height than six feet.
- The assembly and disassembly of motor vehicles or other
mechanical devices shall not be pursued or undertaken on any
part of any lot except as hereinafter expressly provided. No
trailer, truck, commercial vehicle, camper trailer, camping
vehicle or boat shall be parked or kept on any lot at any time
unless housed in a garage or basement.
- No animals, including reptiles, livestock or poultry of any
kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot, except that dogs,
cats or other household pets may be kept provided that they are
not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial or breeding
purposes.
- No outbuilding, trailer, mobile home, double-wide,
modular home, basement house, tent, garage, barn, or other
outbuilding shall be erected or used as either a temporary or
permanent residence. The main roof pitch on a residence is to be
on a minimum of 7/12.
- All homes must have a minimum of a two car garage.
- Any dwelling shall be 100% brick, stucco, drivett, or rock
on foundation to grade. All residences shall be a minimum
percentage of brick, stucco, drivett, or rock construction above
foundations or basement as follows: Section 1 - 80%; Section 2,
Phase 1 - 50%; Section 2, Phase 2 - 60%; Section 2, Phase 3 -
70%.
- No dish antennae or satellite antennae in excess of 24” in
diameter shall be erected or placed on any residence. No dish
antennae or satellite antennae shall be installed on any lot.
Antennas or satellites shall be attached to the rear portion of
the residence only.
- Chimneys or flues connected to fireplaces must be of brick,
brick veneer, stucco, drivett, or stone construction.
- Electrical, telephone, and cable television service lines to
a dwelling must be installed underground from the utility pole
or other connection at the street.
- All driveways must be concrete or paved, to be a minimum of
10’ in width, and to be surfaced from the public street a
minimum length of 25’.
